If you require anything prior to your arrival, please call us and we'll take care of it for you. For all concierge requests before you arrive in Whistler, get in touch with the front desk directly.

Before you arrive — save on the good stuff

• Discount lift tickets — save 5–20% on Whistler Blackcomb lift tickets when you book online at least 7 days before arrival. These prices aren't available within 4 days of arrival.
• Discount rental equipment — ski & snowboard gear at partner pricing, with delivery to your suite available.
• Whistler Blackcomb programs — lessons and on-mountain programs for every level.
• Bus transportation — door-to-door transfers from Vancouver & YVR.

Look through the Guest Information menu to order online, or phone the front desk. Arrangements must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival.

How to find us

You'll find us in the Deer Lodge of Whistler Town Plaza, 4314 Main Street, Whistler. From Hwy 99, turn onto Village Gate Blvd, move into the left lane and take the first left onto Northlands Blvd, then the first or second right onto Main St. The Deer Lodge Check-In is between the Delta Whistler Village Suites and Tyndall Stone Lodge, across from the Whistler library — look for the red Check In sign. Reception is in the Deer Lodge lobby, with entrance between the Engel & Völkers realtors and the North Face shop. One free guest check-in spot is available; remaining spots out front are pay parking.
